This is the world’s own gate, kept on the house side so you can watch it judge. It reads the line in the address — the same grammar the world itself speaks — and gives one of three answers.

Try it: strike a line at the handoff, come back through “Test it at the door first”, then break the line’s grammar in the address bar — set its grade to PROVEN, or its flags to 1. The answer flips from OPEN to HOLE: the gate recomputes the line’s form, and a line that does not recompute is no key at all. A line is an assertion, not a signature — which is why its grade rides on its face.

The father key

Keys climb a ladder — a key, then a sector key, then the master key — and at the top stands the Universal: the father key.

This desk is the father key’s validation path, built and tested. A validation record laid here is checked the house way: its form is recomputed, its rung and grade are read on its face, and its subject is bound to the line at the door. The validation act itself is the founder’s, and it has not occurred. No real record stands at this desk — the record displayed below is test material, struck from a fixture seed so the path can be proven end to end. The slot stands open.

The Seam

    
The binding desk

    

      One identity seam keys the whole back end. The ceremony’s credential
      binds a Unity ID; that binding, and only that binding, issues the
      line; and the door, the world gate, and the back-end contract
      surface all read the same line against the same registry.
    

    

      This desk proves that seam in TEST form. A binding struck here seals
      the ceremony’s credential to a Unity ID as hashes only — the raw
      credential is never stored, and the registry’s white face carries
      proof, not identifiers. A line is then issued only against that
      binding, on a fresh assertion that recomputes against it, always at
      grade REPORTED with flags 0, and the issuance itself is written into
      the registry. The three consumers judge the issued line through one
      shared verification — form, binding, issuance. A line naming an
      identity with no binding, or a line no issuer struck, opens none of
      them.
    

    

      The production line issuer remains UNKNOWN — proposal D2 is a founder word, not adopted. This desk proves the path in TEST form;
      it performs no production issuance. No real binding stands at this
      desk — the ceremony material displayed below is test material, so
