A decentralized architecture, offered as a service
The surfaces are doors, not engines. Beneath the website and the world sits one protocol layer — the engine — and what it sells is not storage or speed. It sells verifiability: software-driven things built on it inherit law, receipts, and a door that knows its owner.
Recompute, don’t trust
Nodes rebuild the mathematics from scratch instead of believing a hash. A hash is a fingerprint, never a proof. Consensus exists to show a third party why two witnesses are better than one.

Hash-chained records, graded as they are earned — proven, reported, inferred, designed — and never upgraded by enthusiasm. The classical layer does not forget; deliberation may.

The RTE-Health lineage: hospital systems modeled before they are touched. The worked example is a two-hospital pilot in South-East Ontario — Quinte Health ($348.5M revenue, 320 beds, 144,200 ED visits) against KHSC ($812.4M revenue, 575 beds, 112,500 ED visits) — both running over 100% occupancy.

The Board
Receipts, not promises
Every pass under the Diamond protocol leaves a receipt, and the BOARD step is where those receipts stand to be read. This strip carries the most recent pass receipts from the estate’s operations run register — read-only, in the register’s own words: the pass, its receipt hash (a fingerprint, never a proof), and its mirror. A refusal stands here beside the adoptions; the board does not tidy itself.
